COVID-19 Update

We are fired up and ready for an amazing 2020 with the launch of our newest brand, Seastream Kayaks alongside our already established lines by Feelfree Kayaks, Jonny Boats, 3 Waters Kayaks and every accessory you can think of!

Now, more than ever, our lineup has something for everyone, whether this is your first time exploring the idea of kayaking to models designed for the most serious of anglers - our warehouse is well stocked and ready for immediate dealer orders giving consumers access to all of our brands and models.

We're ready, we know you are too - let's make this an amazing summer of feeling FREE!

How We Are Addressing COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 situation across the United States, daily operations of our offices will be slightly altered due to a city-wide ordnance by Asheville, North Carolina. This applies to all Feelfree US, LLC brands including Feelfree Kayaks, 3 Waters Kayaks, Jonny Boats, Seastream Kayaks, Feelfree Gear, Nav8 Bags and Chilart.

However, we want make sure we continue to support our customers, dealers and partners. The majority of our staff will still be operating during normal business hours of 9am - 5pm EDT remotely.

The health of our customers, dealers, partners and staff is of most importance to us and at this time, we have:

  • Temporary partial closure of our administrative offices
  • Limited essential operations at our shipping facilities
  • Have cancelled all travel plans, local events and trade shows
  • Limited essential work crew and are taking necessary safety precautions

As previously stated, Customer Service, Dealer Support and eCommerce Operations will continue to operate as normal. However, we are expecting some delays in response times and ask that if you have questions about an order, warranty submissions and any other inquiry for any one of our brands, you email us directly at with as much detail as possible.

For those of you shopping for a new kayak or looking for accessories, we recommend you reach out to your local dealers first. If your dealer is closed or is not taking online orders, please note that all of our eCommerce websites will continue to remain open 24/7 for your convenience. However, beginning March 26th, 2020, all orders placed from anyone of our eCommerce websites may be delayed by a few days and will be shipped out in the order they are received as soon as possible. Please note that delays may vary and be subject to change based on government orders and 3rd party shipping company policies.
